These Gluten Free Belgian Chocolate Brownies are a triple chocolate treat that’s made with Belgian chocolate, cocoa powder and chocolate chips, making them one indulgent dessert! This foolproof recipe makes a chocolate fudge brownie that’s dense, gooey and so decadent.
You all know that I love a good cookie but honestly I am a brownie girl through and through. I love them all, but this one is my solid go to brownie recipe. It’s so easy and the perfect mixture between a cakey and fudgy brownie. Plus you can customize these with different add-ins likes nuts, mint chips, m&ms, or my favourite, a swirl of salted caramel.
Each bite has everything you could ask for in a brownie, when you bite into the crispy top, the gooey inside just melts in your mouth. Making brownies from scratch is so easy. What makes these brownies extra fudgy and delicious is the use of real, high quality belgian chocolate, of course.
These Brownies are definitely not cake like, they really are fudgy. I don’t mind a fudgy brownie, heck, I like any kind of brownie! But I want to make sure you know what you are getting yourself into, prepare for a chocolate explosion!
I like to keep my brownies in an air tight container. You can eat them at room temperature, although I highly recommend you warm them up, with a big scoop of ice cream!
