Quick & Easy Gluten Free Sausage Rolls

I don’t mind some of the gluten free ones that you can buy but some of them are down-right awful. When you want really nice gluten free sausage rolls and you have a little bit of spare time available then these homemade ones will not disappoint.

There’s nothing complicated about this recipe, I promise. Just place the sausage meat on the puff pastry, roll them and add some egg wash then bake. 25 minutes later, you’re self control is going to be seriously tested!!!
