- 1 gluten free bread roll. (I used Promise's Gluten free white rolls)
- 2tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 garlic glove, chopped or minced.
- 1tsp of parsley, chopped, basil works too
- ⅓ cup of cheddar cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C/Gas 4.
- Slice bread loaf in half lengthwise. Place each half, cut side up, on a lined baking sheet. Set aside.
- Stir together the melted butter, minced garlic and chopped parsley/basil.
- Spread evenly on each half of the bread.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of the bread.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Turn on the grill/broiler to high, move the rack to the top position, and grill/broil for the last 2-3 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Serve with your favourite pasta dish.
