For this recipe you use condensed milk. Its the easiest chocolate chip cookie recipe i know and they are so good, egg free and low cost to make.
You can find condensed milk in most supermarkets, its in a tin or you can find it in a squeezy tube.
The condensed milk makes the cookies crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy in the middle.

I don't usually worry about cooking egg free, but I frequently get questions about it (and gluten-free stuff, too…) so glad to have found a great recipe I can point people to! Using condensed milk is genius.
Yea Elizabeth ,condensed milk is great. I always have to have some in my kitchen. It is amazing to use it in edible cookie dough recipes also.
