Gluten-Free Kinder Bar Brownies
If you’re a fan of Kinder chocolate and brownies (and really, who isn’t?), then you’re in for a serious treat. These Gluten-Free Kinder Bar Brownies are the ultimate indulgence, rich, fudgy, and absolutely packed with that signature Kinder flavour. They’re everything a brownie should be: soft, gooey in the centre, crackly on top, and filled with melty chunks of Kinder chocolate.

I based this recipe on my popular Gluten-Free Belgian Chocolate Brownies, tweaking it by replacing the Belgian chocolate and chocolate chips with Kinder Bars, and honestly? I think this version might just be my favourite yet. They’re seriously addictive and perfect for any occasion (or no occasion at all).

Why You’ll Love These Brownies
Let’s just say these did not last long in our house. I’d love to tell you that the kids were the ones who devoured them, but I’m pretty sure Brendan was the biggest fan this time around! There’s just something so nostalgic and comforting about Kinder chocolate, and when it’s melted inside a brownie? Heaven.
These brownies are also incredibly easy to make. The base batter comes together quickly and the Kinder Bars do all the hard work when it comes to flavour. You can even finish them off with a swirl or drizzle of melted white chocolate on top to really enhance that Kinder aesthetic.

How to Serve Them
I love eating these brownies slightly warm, either freshly baked or reheated in the microwave for 10–15 seconds. That way, the chocolate inside goes all gooey again and pairs beautifully with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or even a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Of course, they’re equally good eaten cold straight from the tin. I like to cut mine into squares once cooled and store them in an airtight container, that is, if they last that long!
