- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 can Tomatoes
- 1½ cups low-sodium Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add onion, stock, can of tomatoes with their juices, and the garlic and salt. Bring to a simmer. Cook uncovered, for about 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
