This gluten free honey almond granola is loaded with gluten free oats almonds and cooked in a sweet glaze of honey and coconut oil. It comes together in minutes and the taste is out of this world delicious!

Preheat oven to 356*F/180*C.

Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or grease with coconut oil like I did. Set aside. Combine coconut oil and honey in a bowl and microwave until coconut oil melts (approximately 20 seconds). Stir.

Stir vanilla and almond essence into the melted honey oil mixture.

Add oats, chopped almonds and sugar to a large bowl, mix until combined.

Pour the honey oil mixture over the oats. Stir well.

Spread out oat mixture onto prepared cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes (Stirring half way) until granola is slightly browned.

Let cool until granola is crunchy.
