Gluten-Free Bubblegum Ice Cream
This Gluten-Free Bubblegum Ice Cream is bright, bold and bursting with classic bubblegum flavour, the kind that brings you right back to your childhood. It’s creamy, colourful, and totally no-fuss thanks to a super simple no-churn method. No ice cream machine needed!

We’re a serious ice cream-loving household especially in summer. It’s a rare week that goes by without a few scoops being enjoyed after dinner. I’ve been making all sorts of flavours recently, but this one is definitely a new favourite with the kids. It’s a playful, nostalgic flavour and when topped with a few mini marshmallows, it becomes something truly special.

Just like my Salted Caramel & Brownie Ice Cream, this one skips the eggs, custards and churning. All you need is sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, and a splash of flavouring. It sets beautifully in the freezer and has that gorgeous soft, creamy texture that makes homemade ice cream feel like a total win.

The Bubblegum Flavouring
Let’s talk about the star of the show, the bubblegum flavouring. This is what gives the ice cream its signature taste, and the one I use is (linked above via my Amazon affiliate).

A little goes a long way! You can adjust the strength depending on how much bubblegum flavour you want. I recommend starting with ¼ teaspoon, giving it a taste, and adding more if needed. The recipe suggests ½ to 1 teaspoon, but if you’re not too sure about how strong you want it, start low and build up. Even just a drop or two can transform the flavour.
