Step 1: Cook the gluten free pasta per the box instructions and rinse under cold water.
Step 2: Chop all the remaining ingredients and add to a salad bowl with the pasta.
Step 3: Add the ranch dressing and toss together.
Step 4: Refrigerate to allow the flavours to marry together.
- 16 ounces gluten free Pasta of choice. I used Penne
- 250g Chicken - cooked & chopped
- 5 Slices Bacon - cooked & chopped
- ½ Red Onion - finely chopped
- 3 Celery Stalks - chopped
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
- 220g tub of ranch, In Dunnes & Tesco. Chilled isle
- : Prepare gluten free pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water and allow to cool.
- : In large bowl combine all ingredients with your pasta.
- : Stir pasta salad until evenly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
