I have just been so caught up with mammy duties to my 8 year old boy and 7 month old girl, (Who loves her attention) 😊 As well as being a mamma I have been so busy with my cake business and online bakery. So I have decided Wednesdays and Thursdays are now Recipe and Blog Days. I thought what better way to start than with these Gluten Free Toblerone Brownies. 😋
Chocolatey, Easy, and Super Delicious Gluten Free Toblerone Brownies, full of Toblerone Chunks. I just know you all will LOVE these brownies. They are so fudgy, so delicious and full of the beautiful Toblerone flavour!
Some of you may be wondering Is Toblerone gluten free?
Yep, they certainly are, but you can double check the ingredients here for yourself.
There’s no gluten-containing ingredients and no ‘may contain’ warning for gluten, wheat etc. Which make it safe for those on a gluten free diet.
These Gluten Free Toblerone Brownies have a perfect crackled top, and are happily interrupted by mini bars and triangles of classic Toblerone chocolate, revealing underneath a velvety-soft brownie.
I promise you these Gluten Free Toblerone Brownies will grant you all the taste and texture you want from a brownie too. No cakeyness, no dryness, just super duper chocolaty enjoyment.
- 90g/3/4 cups Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
- 50g ⅓ cups cocoa powder
- 200g/1 cup butter
- 200g/ 1 cup milk/dark chocolate (I used a mix of both)
- 3 eggs
- 280g/ 1¾ cups granulated sugar
- 100g/ ½ cup chopped toblerone
- 6 mini toblerone bars or 6 pieces of a large bar for decorating
- Preheat your oven to 160C Fan/180C/Gas 4 and prepare a 9x9'' square tin with non-stick baking paper.
- Melt together your butter and chocolate in a microwave until completely melted.
- Sieve together your cocoa powder and gluten free flour in a bowl. Mix until combined, then put to one side.
- In another bowl add your eggs and pour in your sugar. Beat together until combined.
- Next fold in the your flour and cocoa powder mix. Ensure it's fully folded in.
- Once the chocolate and butter mixture is cooled to room temp, pour it into your mixture. Fold until combined.
- Fold in your chopped toblerone pieces.
- Pour your brownie mixture into your prepared tin.
- Bake for about 25 mins. Your brownies will still wobble a little as they set more as they cool.
- Remove from the oven and immediately top your brownies with some toblerone pieces.
- Allow to completely cool before removing from the tin and cutting into squares.
