Ingredients
  • 4 slices gluten free bread slices
  • 6 oz roasted turkey breast sliced
  • 6 oz Brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
Instructions
  1. Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Flip the bread over and add the cranberry sauce then place sliced Brie on top followed by the sliced turkey. Then more cheese if desired.
  3. Place in a skillet/pan on medium heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes (check to make sure it isn’t getting too brown)
  4. Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
