Gluten Free Kinder Bar Cookies

Serves: 12 - 15 cookies
- 1 cup/230g butter melted
- 1 cup/220g brown sugar
- 1 cup/200g granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 /1/2/312g cups Gluten free plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 Kinder Bars chopped
- 100g white chocolate
- Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C Fan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter, until evenly combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.
- Fold in the flour and baking powder.
- Fold in the chopped kinder bars until evenly combined.
- Scoop balls of dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Melt white chocolate in microwave in 15 second intervals.
- Drizzle over cookies. sprinkle over more chopped kinder bars if you wish.
