Gluten Free Irish Jambons (easy)

Serves: serves 6
- 1 package gluten free puff pastry
- 200g/1 cup diced ham
- 300g/2 cups cheese mix of mozzarella and red cheddar
- 1 egg
- Lay puff pastry out on a flat surface, cut pastry into 6 even squares.
- Place a good amount of cheese and a sprinkle of ham in the center of each square. Be generous. Then take in the corners of each square.
- Whisk your egg then brush egg wash over the top of each square.
- Bake at 400F/200C/Gas 6 for about 15 - 20 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
