Gluten Free Rice Pudding

  • 200g/1 cup Pudding Rice
  • 1½ cups water
  • 3tbsp Sugar
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F/200C/Gas 7.
  2. Add rice and water to a baking dish, bake for 30 mins.
  3. Once rice has soaked up all the water stir in the butter and sugar followed by the milk. Sprinkle the nutmeg over the top.
  4. Return back to the oven for another 30 - 40 minutes or until the top has a nice golden colour.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
