Gluten Free 3 Ingredient Pineapple Cake
- 2 cups/450g gluten free self-rising flour
- 1 cup/225g caster sugar
- 2 cups/450g pineapple
- Preheat an oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4
- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
- Pour the mix into a lined cake tin and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the cake tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to completely cool.
- Serve with jam and cream.
