Gluten Free 3 Ingredient Pineapple Cake

  • 2 cups/450g gluten free self-rising flour
  • 1 cup/225g caster sugar
  • 2 cups/450g pineapple
Instructions
  1. Preheat an oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4
  2. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  3. Pour the mix into a lined cake tin and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool in the cake tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to completely cool.
  5. Serve with jam and cream.
