For this smoothie use fresh ingredients if you prefer or do what i do by buying fresh strawberries and freezing them

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1tsp Honey
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • Make it a Breakfast Smoothie
  • Add ½ cup of Gluten free Rolled Oats
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until all is combined.
  2. Pour into desired class and serve immediately.
