Gluten free Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies

Was at home in my mums for just over the weekend. I open the cupboard and see a nice big yummy Jar of Nutella staring at me so i decided to make my Delicous Nutella cookies.

These have an amazing taste of Nutella that keeps its amazing hazelnut taste when baked and they are loved by almost anyone who takes a bite. 

Makes about 2-3 Dozen cookies

2 cups Gluten free self raising flour
1 1/2 tsps Gluten free Baking Powder
1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Muscavado sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup nutella And more for Later
1 cup Milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Line a couple baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a Bowl cream the butter, granulated sugar, and muscavado sugar until fluffy.

Add the eggs and mix until combined.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder.

Add 1/4 cup of the nutella and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.

Add more nutella, as much as you want mixing just so it is streaked throughout the dough, taking care not to over-mix.

Scoop mix onto trays using an ice-cream scoop, I just placed mine on using two spoons, scooping with one and pushing the dough off using the other. Dont push them down as they will turn to a cookie shaped when being cooked in the oven.

Bake for 9-11 minutes, until the cookies are very lightly browned, have slightly crackled tops, and are still very soft and puffy (they may seem underdone, but they will continue to bake a bit on the hot cookie sheets when removed from the oven), do not over-bake.  Allow to cool on the sheets for 5-10 minutes, then move to a cooling rack to cool completely.  Store in an airtight container.
