This White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge is a wonderful, festive fudge recipe that is super easy to make with no candy thermometer require

  • 2½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
  1. Line a 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving 2 inches hanging over each side.
  2. In a large bowl place the white chocolate chips and condensed milk. Melt in the microwave, stirring every 1 minute intervals. When melted, stir in the peppermint extract.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle the candies over the top.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to overnight.
  5. Cut into small squares and serve!
