Gluten Free Chocolate Banana Bites

  • 1 or more Bananas
  • Chocolate of your choice
  • Sprinkles of your choice
Instructions
  1. Chop your bananas into bite size pieces. Freeze them for at least a hour.
  2. Melt your chocolate in a microwave or in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  3. Dip in the banana pieces until fully coated.
  4. Add your sprinkles at once before the chocolate hardens.
