You wouldn’t think that just a few ingredients can come together to make such a velvety and delicious tomato soup.

Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 can Tomatoes
  • 1½ cups low-sodium Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add onion, stock, can of tomatoes with their juices, and the garlic and salt. Bring to a simmer. Cook uncovered, for about 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  2. Blend the soup using a blender or a hand blender, being careful as the soup is hot.
  3. Serve and Enjoy!
