- ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup Gluten Free Rolled or Quick Oats
- ⅔ cup unsweetened Milk of choice, I used Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0-2 tbsp honey to taste
- ¼ cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 3 tbsp softened cream cheese
- Add all ingredients into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Shake vigorously.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before eating.
- Enjoy cold or heat in the microwave for 1-2 Minutes.
