But they are packed with whole ingredients like honey, oats, and chia seeds, and they can literally be whipped up in minutes!

I could eat Nutella straight out of the jar, although that probably wouldn’t exactly be the healthiest thing. But mix a little oats and some chia seeds with your Nutella and you have the perfect sugar craving buster.

Nutella Chia Energy BitesI like to form mine into little 1-inch balls, but feel free to portion out whatever size you’d like to enjoy for breakfast, dessert, or an extra boost of energy.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ Cup Nutella
  • 2 tsp Honey
Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Roll into balls (whatever size you would like) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill for approximately 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week
