I’m going through one of those times lately when I’m totally obsessed with making smoothies. I mean i have been having one everyday for the past 3 weeks for my breakfast.
I used to just have a slice of toast for breakfast or i wouldn’t have any breakfast at all, then all day I would honestly feel like crap. Well I am never looking back. When you have a smoothie for breakfast your not only having something healthy but you are also filling yourself with good vitamins and energy to kick start your day, and believe me you will notice the difference.
For this smoothie use fresh ingredients if you prefer or do what i do by buying fresh strawberries and cutting the tops off and placing them in a freezer bag and freezing them so they are ready when you need them. You could even buy fruit that is already frozen.
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 1tsp Honey
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- Make it a Breakfast Smoothie
- Add ½ cup of Gluten free Rolled Oats
- Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until all is combined.
- Pour into desired class and serve immediately.
