This is just my original Brownie recipe. The last day i found a we bottle of raspberry flavoring so i thought id go bonkers and add some in. I just love the smell of these as i am making them. The smell of sweet raspberry’s just rise out of them. When they are baking in the oven the smell gets even better. Then you taste them and they are just to die for.
The Raspberry flavoring i used is LORANN OILS
- 100g Butter
- 170g Dark Cooking chocolate, i used wonder bar
- 150g Gluten free Self raising flour Make your own here
- 200g Muscavado sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1tsp Raspberry extract, essence or flavoring
- Milk Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 180*C fan/160*C/350*F/ Gas mark 4 and line tin with parchment.
Beat the eggs together then mix in the sugar, flour and the raspberry flavoring.
Gently melt together the butter and chocolate then stir this into the egg mixture.
Pour into the tin and sprinkle over a pack of Chocolate chips, use as many as you want.
Bake for 30/35 minutes.
Once cool cut into squares.
