These be a bit gooey but they are delicious like that. If you prefare them fudgy stick them in the fridge, It takes the gooeyness away but come on who doesn’t love a gooey brownie. I love them.

Ingredients:

  • 100g Butter 
  • 170g Dark Cooking chocolate, i used wonder bar
  • 130g Gluten free Self raising flour    Make your own here
  • 200g Muscavado sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2tbsp Nutella and extra to swirl

Method:
Preheat oven to 180*C fan/160*C/350*F/ Gas mark 4 and line tin with parchment.
Beat the eggs together then mix in the sugar and nutella.
Then stir in the flour.

Gently melt together the butter and chocolate then stir this into the egg mixture.

Gluten free brownies

Pour into the tin.
Melt another tbsp of nutella in the microwave just to soften it.
Using a spoon, drizzle the nutella over the top the get a butter knife and lightly swirl it together.

Bake  for 30/35 minutes.
Once cool cut into squares.
