Makes 12 Cupcakes
These are so good. When i make these i just cant get enough of them. They are so easy to make with very little ingredients.
I Cover the top with just the Nutella. You should put the Nutella on top when they are cold but i just love to do it when they are just out of the oven. I love how it melts over the top and it tastes so good too. It is also so good this way with a side of Vanilla Icecream
Ingredients:
- 300g of Nutella
- 200g Gluten free flour Make your own here
- 4 Eggs
- 2tbsp Sugar
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix it all up well.
Line your cupcake tray with paper cases and fill them up.
Bake for approximately 20 – 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180*C/350*F/Gas mark 4..
Once cooked top with Nutella, as much as you like. Top it on hot, warm or cold, which ever you prefair.
